Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The service was outstanding and truly helped us determine where we needed to improve our processes and how to properly estimate. The overall quality of service and ability to work with staff was outstanding.

I would highly recommend Tom Bedford for QA and Testing work. We were able to identify opportunities to improve our service and plan for building a new service of our own to benefit the agency we support.
