Evaluate the contractor's quality The overall quality of work performed was very good. The personnel working on the project were highly skilled for this type of economic program analysis.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost of the project was reasonable given the extensive analysis required.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance EDRG's overall performance was very good. The are a good organization and have great people to work with. They were very responsive to project needs, our feedback, and finalizing the study timely and with acceptable results.
