MnDOT / TAP caused some delay, not contractor. Contractor did wait until task deadlines to deliver but did meet all deadlines.
Very high quality research – both set up and execution. Brought the cutting edge expertise we needed. Pleasant to work with. Dr. Noyce provided strong project leadership which was needed by TAP’s diverse prospectives on project. We did go thru about 3 or 4
High, but we’d tried to get U of M for same price and they said they weren’t interested.
Very good. This was my second contract with Dr. Noyce and both went exceedingly well.
