It was necessary to enter into a contract because personnel with the necessary expertise and specialized equipment are not available to provide this service when needed.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness We had a tight schedule to meet and Hydro Klean did a good job of getting right to work. They also were really responsive to coming back and cleaning features and re-televising to get good videos

Evaluate the contractor's quality I thought the quality was good on this project – not too many error w/their data

Evaluate the contractor's cost good

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Good job – they missed a section of strom sewer on Marie Ave and Dodd Road and there was no explanation given. They also missed another section near TH 110, again nothing noted on the Map or verbal explantion given. Hydro Klean need to do a better job documenting or communicating to the project manager when something in not done. Everything else was good.
