Evaluate the contractor's quality Video data was good, edited map pages were clear and well documented and the Hydinfra data was loaded into the database. The linear changes made to the storm sewer (pipe network) based on the edited map pages had some errors and some confusion

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall Visu Sewer did a good job on this project that offered some challenges working in downtown St. Paul. Identifying and accessing some of the older storm system in the downtown was not feasible.
