Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Downtown Battle Lake was a total reconstruct. Chris Chromy spent time meeting with the business owners and the City to develop the best product. Worked closely with the ADA personnel to meet there requests. Coordinated with the City engineering firm to coordinate city underground utility work.
