Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Average – They completed the contract on time. They were late with some of their billings, mainly from their subcontractor.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Average – The report looks good. They did not tell us much we didn’t already know, but this provides a good outside review and check to see if we are on the right track.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Good – the staff we worked with were very professional and responsive to our questions and input. They did a good job of querying other states and reporting on how they perform similar work to our office
