Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor’s project manager was great to work with and was very responsive. All required field work was done in a timely manner; however, it took longer than anticipated to get the final project documentation submitted.

Evaluate the contractor's quality On a scale of 1to 10; Contractor Quality was a 8.0

Evaluate the contractor's cost MnDOT received good value for the money spent.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor’s project staff did an excellent job making sure project was constructed in close conformity with Special Provisions, Plans, and Specifications. The Contractor’s project manager, Darrick Anderson, was great to work with. He responded immediately to any requests and did a good job keeping up to speed on required project documentation (i.e. work orders, change orders, SA’s, etc.). It did take longer than anticipated to get the final project documentation from the Contractor and several errors were discovered when the information was reviewed by the Office Manager, however, in general the Contractor performed well.
