Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was extremely punctual. Timeliness was not an issue at any time during the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality was questionable. This assessment has to do with what I perceive as being a question of experience regarding enterprise risk management on behalf of the employePes of the contractor. In many instances the prevailing thought of the local team was that we were having to update the contractor instead of the contractor providing advice, assistance, or guidance to the local team.
