Contract terminated early due to project #1550 not moving to implementation at this time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Outstanding quality vendor firm and consultants. I appreciate the partnering and frequent communications from the firm to ensure no issues.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Hourly rate was lower than others for similar service. Good value for the service delivered.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The PM consultant, Carrie Mitchell,did an outstanding job working to meet business customer needs while still balancing IT project team workloads and timelines. Carrie completed work for the #1323 project as defined in project scope documentation and moved product to production successfully.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): No issues, contract terminated early due to budget and state staff added to team.
