Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (MN BCA) was required by MN.IT Services to relocate from the Data Center at COB to a new Tier III State Data Center (EDC4). To maintain system warranty and functionality, MN BCA was required to engage the vendor, MorphoTrak, to assist in shutting down, moving and reconstituting existing Automated Fingerprnt Identification System (AFIS) equipment at COB to EDC4.
