Evaluate the contractor's timeliness DNR directed MDA to meet original Dept. of Admin project let on schedule. See “Evaluate the Contractor’s Quality” section for information on project rebid.

Evaluate the contractor's quality MDA hired sub-consultant for cost estimation, who inaccurately prepared estimate for metro location, not taking into account site location of North Shore. Original bids came in over budget, which necessitated value-engineering of the project for re-bid.
