Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Work was completed in a timely manner. During the Contract period there were some staffing substitutions so additional training was needed to get to the desired performance level.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor’s staff did a good job with plan review activities and also did a good job with provision support during the first half of the contract period. During the second half, staff with provisions support expertise was reassigned by corporate interest so this capacity was substantially reduced.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs were within dollar values expected. Given the volume of work that was produced during this time, delivery was enhanced with consultant support.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall performance was good. Team members integrated well with internal staff and District personnel.
