This project is also being championed by TERRA which is a strategic alliance for Mn/DOT. While the retro reflective materials used for these signs have changed dramatically in the last 50 years, the fonts used on these signs have not.

Evaluate the contractor's quality TTI performed a very good night and day test and the evaluation results were well developed

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost of the project seemed to be inline with similar efforts

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance TTI did a very good job for this pooled fund project. The conducted a good field test and developed understandable well thought out results. They also produced a webinar to help the national discussion progress toward using the results
