Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): During the project’s progression it was discovered that the contractor had not followed a directive set forth in the scope of work listed as Task 2, Number 2. Once this was discovered we informally suspended the contract work until we could meet and discuss how we wanted to proceed with the project.
