Evaluate the contractor's timeliness ArchWing has been responsive to requests and has been incorporating suggested changes for ARTS improvements. Sometimes these changes and requests had delayed responses, which can be improved with better communication and coordination.

Evaluate the contractor's quality ArchWing has been doing a good job of maintaining and making improvements in ARTS.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance ArchWing has been doing a good job with content improvement in ARTS. But they need to do a better job with documentations, simplifying the user interface with hot keys to minimize repetitive clicks, providing responses in a timely manner, and making RS job a priority.
