Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very good - Multiple tasks are in process on an ongoing basis; some items (i.e. Facebook postings) are completed almost immediately/same day; a monthly feature is prepared in advance for posting first of each month; time sensitive items are prepared in advance and posted on a release date; work on more labor intensive items is onging and reviewed in phases/stages.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Excellent - MCG is well aware of accessibility issues/features/new technologies, updates existing itmes/pages and builds in as new items are developed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very reasonable; has maintained the same hourly rate for many years.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent - very consumer oriented, very concerned about quality and usability for end users, will provide technical assistnace on an as needed basis.
