Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Dr. Sheehan left after overhearing a conversation between MSHS director and her supervisor. He did not approach the director to discuss what he heard. He left about two hours early that day. No termination with clients or staff.
