Evaluate the contractor's timeliness DR. GATES IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND IS ALWAYS ON TIME. HE IS ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL APPOINTMENTS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME. I FEEL THAT HE IS A GREAT ASSET TO OUR CLINIC.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance DR. GATES IS EXCELLENT WITH THE CLIENTELE THAT WE WORK WITH IN THIS OFFICE. HE IS ALWAYS WILL TO HELP WHERE EVER IT IS NEEDED. HE DOES WELL WITH THE STAFF AS WELL. DR. GATES IS A GREAT ASSET TO OUR CLINIC.
