This is not a RFB or RFP.  This is for Training at Wisconsin State Patrol Academy for Advanced Crash Data retrieval (CDR/EDR) The purpose of this class is to teach the class participants how to work with the CDR data, particularly how to properly use the data to determine impact and post impact velocities in various types of collision scenarios.  All the projects presented in the class are based on actual collisions using downloads obtained from those collision, reinforcing that the techniques taught in this class can in fact be applied to the real world. The Class provides ample case studies to effectively illustrate the concepts and invite students to provide cases of their own for review.  This is very hands on, but flexible class and well worth the tuition.

DPS intends to extend an existing agreement with CenturyLink Communications, LLC, d/b/a Lumen Technologies Group, for an additional 36 months. The agreement renewal will provide a software and network solution to provide the ESInet for 9-1-1 call delivery throughout the state of Minnesota. Services include, but are not limited to, call connections to Minnesota PSAPs and the core transitional network services, which are comprised of legacy selective router gateways, legacy network gateways, Border Control Function, voice over IP gateways, and IP selective routers.

DPS has determined that this is a single source purchase since the existing transitional services, described above, must remain in place and be used for 9-1-1 call delivery until the State establishes and migrates to the next generation core services for 9-1-1 call delivery.

BSD Robotics PTY LTD is the exclusive manufacturer and provider of the BSD series of biological-sample punching instrument and spare parts, including the BSD600 Ascent A2 instrument. The BSD600 Ascent A2 is the only biological sample punch instrument in the North American market that accommodates for Deep Well plates with plate imaging camera.

BSD Robotics is the sole manufacturer accredited for maintenance and technical support. 

Our research showed that no other vendor has similar instruments that are compatible with the type of plates used at the Databasing Unit of the BCA. Purchase of similar instruments from a different vendor would require validating new protocols and setting up new workflows.

The Minnesota Zoological Gardens (MZG) seeks to maintain an Integrated Pest Control Program (IPCP) in order to maintain a healthy environment for the animal collection, plant collection, staff, volunteers and guests.  Throughout the Zoo complex there is a wide variety of buildings and building functions that require a variety of different forms and/or methods for control of vermin.  There are areas that have a high degree of sensitivity and require alternative approaches to controlling vermin.
