ESST Media Campaign Implementation
{Empty}
DLI was in need of assistance implementing a marketing plan that would raise awareness of new earned sick and safe time (ESST) laws.
Contract work included securing, procuring, verifying installation, ensuring the quality of advertising space, such as transit signage and billboards, and reporting. This involved working with multiple statewide sources and procuring regional advertising spaces best suited to informing Minnesotans about the new earned sick and safe time law.
Vendor implemented ads for a 12-week campaign to promote earned sick and safe time in Minnesota beginning June 3. It featured 11 billboards, which targeted main corridors leading to summer destinations outside the Twin Cities. Ads were also featured on the sides of Twin Cities metro/suburban areas with king side of bus ads. Plus, ESST bus interior signs were placed in Greater Minnesota medium markets of Rochester, St. Cloud and Mankato.
