Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contract worked in a timely manner throughout the duration of the project. The team quickly worked to meet the initial obligations of the contract and continued throughout the project as such. The team communicated any issues within time-line for completion with MNOPS.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor took steps to ensure a quality end product by seeking input from MNOPS staff and scheduling adequate time for testing between various upgrades made to the software. The contractor continually worked to provide recommendations to keep the project on track and made recommendations to improve the efficiency and usability of the software.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor was conscious of the project budget and efficiently worked to keep the requested action items within scope of the available funding.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance As in past projects with this contractor, the interaction with the team was very positive. The entire team was attentive to the needs of the organization and conducted their daily interaction to meet the needs of MNOPS. Daily "stand-up" meetings utilized by the contractor, kept MNOPS and development team informed on project issues and progress.
