Evaluate the contractor's timeliness TKDA met all deliverable deadlines and segregated turn-ins so that a more continuous loop of feedback sped up project delivery.

Evaluate the contractor's quality TKDA exceeded expectations for quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost TKDAs initial estimate was too low and before we had a signed contract we negotiated with TKDA to represent a more accurate number of billable hours.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance TKDA took very little oversight and deliverable quality was above that of other consultants.
