Develop a user's manual for culvert replacement and/or rehabilitation for typical highway maintenance and improvement projects. The manual should provide the user with concise guidance regarding advantages and disadvantages of the previous 3 options that are commonly considered for centerline culvert replacement or rehabilitation. It will also include recommended methods/products for joint repair of concrete centerline culverts along with advantages and disadvantages of various methods of repair, cost comparisons, and applicable standard details and special provisions for construction.
