Dr. Lindsey is very organized and timely in the tasks and reports he provided. He is very good at communicating at every step of the project.
The quality of Dr. Lindsey’s work is excellent. An example of this is some of the work he did for this project is now included in Federal Highways new version of the Traffic Monitoring Guide.
Dr. Lindsey contributed a lot of in kind and University time to the project. We got a lot of value out of the funds we invested in the research.
Dr. Lindsey is an absolute joy to work with. From personal experience, he understands how important it is that research needs to lead to valuable information for practitioners. He began his career as a grass roots organizer and planner before he got his engineering degree and ultimately his PhD. He is very flexible and adjusted the project as trends were changing on the national level that helped inform and guide the project. He is very passionate about the work and goes the extra mile to provide quality work. He is an excellent communicator and works well with divers populations.
