Tasks were completed in a timely manner. In particular, there were several tasks with tight review deadlines related to a test-case program delivery project, and milestones were achieved on time through the project.
The quality of the deliverables was good, meeting the needs of the contract and program objectives. A number of meetings were held to discuss the contract and coordinate the work.
Costs were reasonable for the development of the needed shallow and deep foundations monitoring program requirements/documents.
Overall, performance and execution of the work was quite good. There was a good working relationship with the project manager and tasks were accomplished in a timely manner. Some information from the work had been incorporated into the latest revision of the geotechnical manual.
