Training is required in this area to maintain a consistent level of knowledge to achieve desired job performance. This course was designed specifically with prominent emphasis on project level decision making for project engineers and engineering specialists. Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Training material was delivered to the training site on time. Classes were on time and instructors were prepared. They worked with the bridge office on recent changes and discussion points.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The instructors have extensive related project experience that helped provide a high quality educational class. Topics were thorough and well thought out. A high level of class interaction promoted a good teaching environment.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This was a three day courses covering a lot of material. The cost for this course is just. In future some of the material could be printed in black and white instead of color to reduce the cost of printing.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The instructors were highly energized with good educational material and related experience. Based on questions, class discussions and surveys the class significantly increased their bridge understanding and construction knowledge.
