Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Shoaib was very competent in his .Net development skills and understanding the application requirements. He often went above and beyond to complete the development work to keep the project on track.
He wrote proficient code, and worked extremely well with the full agile project team. He would spend quality time with internal developers and business stewards to understand the requirements and explain his coding.
He developed an excellent .Net template that can be used for future .Net development at MnDOT. This will allow for developers to have common standards for future development and easier support and maintenance.
His role was not only development work but to train internal staff to support the application long term.
Shoaib did an excellent job in providing training and guidance to internal MnDOT developers, documenting his code and being available for guidance as needed throughout this contract.

QA testers raved about the bug free code Shoaib would deliver consistently throughout each iteration.

I would rehire Shoaib as a developer without question.
