5. Participate in state and CBHH-Fergus Falls pharmacy meetings, Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities, and supervision of pharmacy students, residents, etc
6. Provide patient and drug-related research, educational programs, and requested reports

This contract was necessary to provide pharmacy consultation to allow for the best possible care for those in our hospital, while maintaining necessary requirement for licensing/accreditation.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor provided timely visits, flexibility in scheduling and willingness to accommodate our facility's needs. Invoices occasionally were not submitted within the recommended guidelines, but the contractor was receptive to feedback and reminders.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor provided excellent quality of services, offering comprehensive discussions, receptiveness to the needs of our facility and exemplary participation in meetings, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities as well as providing up to date information about research, educational programs and reports as requested.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor's rate appear to be appropriate for the services provided.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contrator provided an excellent overall performance, with active and effective participation, consultation and oversight for pharmacy needs.
