The contractor provided timely visits, flexibility in scheduling and willingness to accommodate our facility's needs. Invoices occasionally were not submitted within the recommended guidelines, but the contractor was receptive to feedback and reminders.
The contractor provided excellent quality of services, offering comprehensive discussions, receptiveness to the needs of our facility and exemplary participation in meetings, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities as well as providing up to date information about research, educational programs and reports as requested.
The contractor's rate appear to be appropriate for the services provided.
The contrator provided an excellent overall performance, with active and effective participation, consultation and oversight for pharmacy needs.
