This project was a big challenge. The Consultant had missed expected time lines and was sometimes non-responsive during construction. The engineer had a heavy work load and couldn't keep up with the pace of documentation.
The engineer is a very competent designer, but not as skilled at project management and construction paperwork.
Fair and low priced.
This project took too long to complete. The contractors involved were not accustomed to managing an entire project with the paperwork involved. This was frustrating for all of us involved. Too many sites to manage efficiently/too many code jurisdictions.
Yes
None. (Note: Would not put an electrical engineer in charge of project management.)
