Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor's equipment (SODAR trailer) was slow to arrive in State but once in State was placed and operational quickly.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The work quality was first rate.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs were not as expected but through negotiation, we stayed within budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor's performance was excellent. Minor equipment issues at -40 degreed were handled promplty. Report was provided within contract terms.
