Evaluate the contractor's quality The Contractor provided exellent quality on the project. Terracon staff have excellent experience dealing with agricultural chemical contamination. Senior level staff provide consistent and knowledgeable experience, project management, and proactive communication.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor was continually aware of the project's budget and made efforts to reduce costs by combining tasks during mobilizations to the site. The Contractor did a good job using appropriate level personnel to conduct tasks.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Contractor's overall performance on the project was excellent.
