Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The Contractor completed deliverables in a timely matter. The Contractor was responsive to MDA staff requests and provided excellent proactive communication.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The Contractor provided exellent quality on the project. Senior level staff provided knowledgeable experience and direction on this difficult project. The excellent quality of technical work provided by Terracon allowed MDA staff to focus on their respective tasks.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor did an excellent job using appropriate level personnel to conduct tasks.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Contractor's overall performance on the project was excellent. The Contractor's strong technical work on the project, experience, and proactive communication with MDA staff allowed for the project to be completed successfully.
