Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractors used on this project were very timely. The SynerTech contract monitor was accessable and timely on checking in to ensure project is going well.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The first consultant was not able to aspects of the agreed upon scope, but the contractor brought in a second consultant that had the skills needed. The final product of this contract was achieved by the end of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor was very competitive with the other companies that responded to the RFP.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall the contractor did a good job with the project. The effort would not have been successful without their hard work.
