Although the project required two time extensions, the contractor communicated issues clearly and provided justification. Contractor responded promptly to email requests even after the contract was completed.
The request for the 2nd time extension should have been requested sooner, but otherwise, no major issues.
Contractor completed all of the required deliverables and continues to address questions and provide professional presentations on the research results. The quality of the product/service that they provided was as expected.
The contractor involved several collaborators and addressed a large set of objectives. For the number of individuals involved in the successful completion of the project, the expense was justifiable.
Overall, Barr was a good company to work with and they addressed all issues in a professional manner. They represented the agency and the state well.
