Implementation of floating weir system for surface

Relatively complex task due to assumptions on sediment flows over various acre scenarios along with model assumption inputs created gaps in production. These were overcome by timely voice communications and face meetings. Creating the CADD drawing proved to be the most difficult as process based on a design set of construction and constructability assumptions.
Exemplary, with model output results delivered beyond expectations and beyond requirements of contract (first time predicted sediment trap cleanout frequency). Expect to co-present the results at the MN Water Resource Conference
Spent what was necessary to complete the work on time, did not try to pad the work to consume the entire contract amount. Very pleased with process.
High level of professionalism, ample preparation to anticipate questions and next steps to complete the work without routine direction. Willing to reach beyond normal assumptions to solve the problem presented in the contract. Consultant utilized skills and provided opportunity of a new employee into the process and contract delivery.
