Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was able to meet deadlines however he was unable to deliver accurate and useable information.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Deliverables were not accurate. Contractor needed continuous mentoring.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor's cost is consistent with other vendors.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor was unable to demonstrate the required communication skills and understanding of the overall data base needs of the project. The project's internal DBA auditor and other MN.IT staff spent more time than anticipated coaching the contractor. The contractor was not the right fit for the pace and success of the project. Contractor's skills did not meet the needs of the project.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): The original resource was terminated on 11/25/2014. However, On-Demand worked with us to provide a new resource.
