The amended end date was not a result of contractor actions, but rather the contractee's need to collect additional field data. Cardno provided and adhered to timelines throughout the contract period.
The quality of the work completed by Cardno was excellent. They effectively coordinated a multi-agency and partner process to compile information and input, which resulted in a document that will guide wild rice restoration in the St. Louis River Estuary.
The contractor submitted a competitive bid and has provided cost efficient outcomes.
I would rate the contractor's performance as excellent. They very efficiently incorporated all of the concerns of the partners into a process that produced a very functional document.
