The contracted with Olmsted County (Governmental Unit) to address the need for planning, preliminary design and environmental assessment services for the purpose of identifying transportation improvements needed to preserve the capacity and safety of the US 63 and Interstate 90 corridors in the Willow Creek area of Rochester and the north area of Stewartville, and to support the long term economic development goals of the community related to the Rochester International Airport and surrounding area including a potential interregional rail service terminal co-located with the airport.
