Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenance, and the project was completed within the scheduled time frame.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The objectives of the work plan were met. The contractor did an excellent job of accomplishing the contract goals, and provided good data.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor managed the budget well. There were two change orders needed to amend the budget, which moved funds to cover lab analysis and monitoring supplies.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Some problems with the budget and lab delivery however these issues were corrected by the grantee. Once these issues were corrected there were no further problems.
