Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor accomplished the contract goals, and provided clear reports with good quality data.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor developed an accurate budget. One change order was needed to move funds to cover training expenses and lab costs. There were no disputed invoices, however there were some minor issues with reimbursement requests.
