In the end, this contract was necessary to develop the federally required TMDLs and ultimately complete the WRAPS as required by State Rule.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall Wenck has been doing a better job of managing this work order then the past one; but as work continues oversight will be continued to ensure compliance with the contract and invoices.
