The end product will be necessary to ensure that the MPCA and consultants develop Stressor Identification Reports consistently. It is also needed to ensure these reports contain all the necessary information to complete the TMDLs that follow.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had excellent schedule maintenace, and all deliverables were received on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor delivered a product of excellent quality, and accomplished all of the contract goals.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor's developed budget was accurate. One change order was needed to move funds from the Project Manager position to the Scientist 2 position, since most of the work was being done at that level. One amendment was needed to extend the end date, due to some policy decision that needed to be made by MPCA staff.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, Limnotech did a great job working with MPCA staff when developing the SID template. In the end we have a great template that is being used statewide.
