These enhancements are based on provisions required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as well as other state and federal mandated provisions. In addition business requested enhancements to streamline current processes which will result in greater staff efficiencies will also be addressed.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness They were timely on their enhancements. The system enhancements were all deployed timely according to the established plan.

Evaluate the contractor's quality There were very minor bugs for the enhancements. Many system releases were successfully deployment without bug resolution post production. Their quality is excellent.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost is reasonable due to the fact that the core project staff brought on board was familiar with our business and system. Therefore there was not much of a learning curve up front. In addition the quality of the enhancements were superior due to their knowledge.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Their performance was excellent. We had very minor issues which were resolved according to our established process and done so in a quick and timely manner. Their team was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helped us to achieve an enhanced system to better serve our customers.
