The MPCA and the MDA are authorized to respond to releases of petroleum, hazardous substances, and pollutants or contaminants, which have been reported to the State or in which the State suspects there has been a release. At some of these release sites "responsible persons" have not been identified, or are unwilling or unable to proceed with a required site investigation and/or corrective action. Contractors have been sought to conduct tasks related to Risk Assessment, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Removal and Response Action, Remedial Design, Reponse Action Oversight, and Long-Term Response Action/Operation, and Maintenance Acticities at MPCA Superfund, Petroleum and MDA Remediation Program Sites.

The contractor provided reports and data of excellent quality. The contractor completed all the work plan objectives.
The contractor had excellent budget management, and did not submit any incorrect invoices. One change order was created to move unused funds from one task to another, in order to do additional sampling of potable wells.
The contractor's peformance was excellent.
