Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This project will expand NewPage's existing program to include additional non-profit groups and to increase the volume of recovered paper by groups already participating in the program. The intention is to purchase and place dumpsters specifically for the collection of post-consumer magazine and shiny paper with willing organizations. The dumpster's will be "loaned" to the organizations either on a long-term basis of for a short-term fund-raising collection event. The paper and magazines collected will by brought to the recycling center and compared to historical data.
