The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture are authorized to respond to the releases of petroleum, hazardous substances, and pollutants or contaminants, which have been reported to the State or in which the State suspects there has been a release. At some of these release sites "responsible persons" have not been identified or are unwilling or unable to proceed with a required site investigation and/or corrective action. Multiple contractors are sought to conduct tasks including Corrective Action Design Systems, Petroleum-Only Environmental Services, Superfund-Only Environmental Services, and Environmental Services.

The contractor completed the project within the original schedule
The quality of deliverables received was satisfactory.
The budget management was good. One change order was needed to rebudget, in order to cover additional modeling costs. No invoices were disputed.
At the Hmong American Center AECOM sampled a day care for vapor concerns. At the St. Louis Park Solvent Plume Site AECOM did vapor sample at Flame Metals and did a report consolidating vapor data for the site. At Macgillis and Gibbs AECOM put together a report on dtat compliation and review of EPA data.

The work at the Hmong Center was good. Access was obtained, samples collected and a report generated.
The work at the St. Louis Park Solvent Plume was to assess Flame Metals for vapor concerns and to generate a report mapping site data. Work on this site was good. The site report was completed so that a draft could be reviewed by MPCA prior to submitting a final version.

At the MacGillis and Gibbs site AECOm has worked well with CH2M HIll obtaining data and site computer models. The evaluation of the EPA data presented ways to look at new models and/or different ways to evaluate the current site cleanup.
