Contractor signed original contract 11/3/14. Work was to be completed by 12/31/14. On 1/5/14 the contractor's project manager asked for an extension explaining that they should have a signed contract with the contractor that week. Contract was extended to 3/31/15 and the contractor signed an updated SWIFT contract 1/9/15. We were notified by the project manager 2/2/15 they they and INT (contracted vendor) could not come to an agreement regarding contractual liability so they would not be able to do the work.

Very disappointed that INT signed and committed services to PERA before having an agreement in place with the subcontractor.

Work order G6301-3000000726 was terminated by PERA after being notified by Genus Technologies, identified as the contractor's Project Manager on SWIFT Contract #75021 that they could not perform the contracted work because they and INT (contracted vendor) could not come to an agreement regarding contractual liability. An email was sent to both INT and Genus Technologies on 2/3/15 notifying them of the termination.
