Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor adapted to regulating agencies ever changing requests for information and flexible in providing the time needed to meet the requests.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Work was completed to the standards or requirements set forth by the Minn Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). MPCA operated as the regulating agency for overseeing MN Army National Guard (MNARNG) mitigating plans, and activities at the Hutchinson National Guard Armory. All work performed accepted.
