Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor got started on the project on time and finished in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Video quality average, Hydinfra data good, Map data good

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was good. The General Managers hours seemed to be higher on this project compared to past projects. I not sure why the extra hours for project management were logged onto this project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall I thought the contractor did a good job on this project. They got right to work and completed the work ahead of schedule. The information received from the contractor was complete and of good quality for the most part.
